Put the fried zucchini on paper towels so that the excess fat is absorbed.

Put a layer of zucchini in a fireproof dish, cover with sauce, sprinkle with half of the cooked 150 grams of grated hard cheese. We spread the remaining zucchini.

Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves. Spread the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
