Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the spaghetti and minced meat casserole.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.

Put the spaghetti to cook in salted water until half cooked. The spaghetti should remain slightly firm when biting through.
Peel and dice the onions.

In a frying pan with heated sunflower oil, fry the onion until soft and lightly golden, for 5 minutes.

Transfer the minced meat (pork, beef or mixed) to the pan to the fried onions, add butter, add salt and black pepper to taste.

Fry the minced meat over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the color changes (about 7 minutes).
Remove the pan from the stove.

Place the spaghetti in a colander and rinse with cold water to keep it from sticking together.

To pour, combine milk, eggs, flour and a pinch of salt.

Whisk the ingredients until a smooth, lump-free mixture is obtained.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Grease the bottom and sides of the baking dish with butter.

Place half of the spaghetti in a mold and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the spaghetti with 1/3 of the grated cheese.

Place the minced meat on top and flatten it.

Sprinkle the minced meat with cheese (also about 1/3 of the total).

Put the remaining spaghetti on top of the minced meat, covering the minced meat with them.

Pour the egg and milk sauce over the layers of the casserole and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake spaghetti with minced meat in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve hot spaghetti casserole with minced meat to the table, cut into portions.
Enjoy your meal!
