Potato casserole with herring

Finely chop the soaked herring fillet and combine with finely chopped apples, hard-boiled eggs, bread soaked in water, add oil, pepper, vinegar. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices and put in a greased pan, put the prepared herring filling on the potatoes, pepper, sprinkle with herbs and pour over sour cream.
