Halibut casserole

Put pieces of skinless halibut fillet in a greased saucepan, sprinkle with finely chopped onions fried in oil, put slices of boiled potatoes. Thicken the fish broth with flour, add citric acid, grated cheese, sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top, sprinkle with oil, put in the oven and bake. When serving, sprinkle the casserole with finely chopped herbs.
