Miracle casserole
Add salt, vanillin, crushed zest to the milk, put on fire and bring to a boil. Toss pasta (noodles, horns, bows, snails, etc.). Then put in a colander, add a little butter and mix well. Combine the remaining softened butter with sugar and eggs, beat with a mixer into a homogeneous fluffy mass, add cottage cheese to it and mix well. Connect all components. Put the mass in a mold and bake in a well-preheated oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled casserole with icing sugar and cut into portions, serve with jam, sour cream.
