Smoked pork and fish casserole
Cut the fish fillet into 6 slices, roll them in breadcrumbs, salt and fry in fat. Peel the brisket, cut into 6 slices. Roll 4 slices in breadcrumbs and cut 2 slices into cubes. Put the fried cod slices together with the pork slices in a mold, pour over everything with melted pork fat, dice the brisket, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and chopped herbs. Bake in a closed form in the oven at moderate heat for 30 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetable salad.
