Cut the beef pulp across the fibers into pieces 1 cm thick (if the piece is small, it is convenient to cut it not strictly across, but obliquely). Beat the meat well, season with salt on both sides.
Prepare the minced meat: save two finely chopped onions, boil 2 hard-boiled eggs and boil the pre-soaked dried mushrooms (6-8 pieces) in the same water in which they were soaked. Chop everything finely on a board, salt and mix.
Put a full teaspoon of minced meat in the middle of each piece of meat, wrap it with an envelope so that the filling does not fall out, and tie it crosswise with a thick thread. Dip the zrazy in flour, fry and simmer in a small amount of salted mushroom broth. Add one bay leaf, onion, carrot and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream.
