Pork zrazy with mushrooms
Mix boiled and chopped mushrooms and ham with finely chopped fried onions, salt and cream sauce (you can use sour cream or mayonnaise). Cut the meat across the fibers and beat off to 3-4 mm, salt and pepper; giving the meat a rectangle, put the filling on it, roll it into tubes, roll in an egg, breadcrumbs and fry. Put in a saucepan, pour over with mayonnaise and bring to readiness in the oven.
