How to make a pasta with a seafood cocktail:
Boil water, salt. Dip the pasta (pasta) into boiling water and cook until cooked according to the instructions on the pack.

Meanwhile, peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes.

Boil a kettle, pour boiling water over the tomatoes for one minute. Then rinse with cold water and remove the skin.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Preheat a frying pan, pour oil, put onion. Fry until golden brown, over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes.

Open a jar of canned seafood cocktail. Drain off 2/3 of the liquid.

Put sea cocktail in a pan with onions. In a 400 g jar, 200 g of seafood cocktail. Stir, simmer for 1 minute.

Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic bowl.

Put the tomatoes, simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, add Provencal herbs and garlic. Simmer for 1 minute.

The pasta is boiled. Throw in a colander. Rinse if necessary. Allow water to drain.

Combine the pasta with seafood, stir and simmer (in the same pan where the seafood was cooked) for 1-2 minutes.

Pasta with seafood cocktail and fresh tomatoes is ready. Remove the pasta from the heat, arrange on plates.

Wash and finely chop the herbs.

Serve the pasta with herbs.
