Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your squid and pineapple salad.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled (within 10 minutes after boiling) and let cool in cold water.

I have unpeeled squids, i.e. squid carcasses are covered with a thin brown film. In order to remove this very film, it is necessary to lower the squid for 10 seconds in boiling water, then transfer it to ice water - the skin will go away by itself in small flakes. Then, to bring the squid carcasses to readiness, boil them in salted boiling water for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and leave the squid in hot water for 10 minutes, then cool the squid in cold water again.

Remove the entrails and chord from the finished squid carcasses. Blot the squid with a paper towel, cut into squares and transfer to a bowl or deep salad bowl.

Cut a fresh cucumber into cubes, add to the squid. (If desired, the skin of the cucumber can be cut off.)

Also cut canned pineapples into cubes, add to a bowl of squid and cucumber.

Peel and dice the eggs as well. Combine the eggs with the rest of the salad ingredients.

Season the squid salad with mayonnaise and lemon juice, add a pinch of salt. Stir the salad.

Put the prepared salad of squid, pineapple, cucumber and eggs into a salad bowl and serve.
