Cucumber - 200 g
Canned pineapples - 200 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 1.5-2 tbsp l.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.
Salt to taste

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your squid and pineapple salad.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled (within 10 minutes after boiling) and let cool in cold water.

Then, to bring the squid carcasses to readiness, boil them in salted boiling water for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and leave the squid in hot water for 10 minutes, then cool the squid in cold water again.

Remove the entrails and chord from the finished squid carcasses. Blot the squid with a paper towel, cut into squares and transfer to a bowl or deep salad bowl.
