A juicy, bright and crispy salad with fried chicken, fresh cabbage, Korean carrots and pickles will appeal to everyone! The salad dressing is a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and ketchup. And I would also like to note that the salad will appeal to lovers of shawarma, as it tastes almost identical with its filling!

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Rinse the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into small strips or cubes.

Place the chicken in a bowl, add sour cream, sunflower oil, chicken seasoning, salt (if the seasoning contains salt, do not add additional salt) and black pepper. Stir and leave chicken to marinate for 30 minutes.

Then heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillet pieces over high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7 minutes.

Place the fried chicken fillet slices on a plate and leave to cool.

Finely chop the white cabbage and place in a bowl.

Add Korean-style carrots to the cabbage, after squeezing them out of the marinade.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips and add to the bowl with the cabbage and carrots.

Add fried chicken fillet.

Peel, chop and add the garlic to the previously combined salad ingredients.

Season the ingredients with sour cream, mayonnaise and ketchup.

Stir.

Put the ready-made Korean style chicken salad with cabbage and carrots on a plate in a slide and serve immediately after cooking.
Enjoy your meal!
